WORLD BICYCLE DAY

The National Service Scheme of Holy Cross College of Nursing, Kottiyam, Kollam, organized a World Bicycle Day awareness programme on 30 May 2026 at 8:00 AM in the College Portico. The programme was conducted under the theme “Cycling for a Greener Future.”

The event aimed to create awareness about the importance of cycling as an eco-friendly, economical, and healthy mode of transportation. Students and faculty members actively participated in the programme. The gathering was welcomed by the NSS volunteers, and the significance of World Bicycle Day was highlighted through informative speeches.The program was officially inaugurated by Sr.Arpitha Poopady Principal, Holy Cross College of Nursing, Kottiyam, Kollam.
